Police logs

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the State Police log at the Newbury barracks:

Jason P. Marcotte, 26, 837 Broadway, Haverhill, was issued a summons on Tuesday at 7:34 a.m. for speeding and driving with a suspended license. Trooper Thomas Downs issued the summons during a motor vehicle stop in Boxford.

Hector Ramos, Jr., 25, 28 Forest Acres Drive, Apt. 15F, Haverhill, was issued a summons on Tuesday at 8:32 a.m. for driving with a suspended license during a motor vehicle stop in Haverhill.

Matthew J. Welch, 32, 108 Mass Avenue, Brockton, was arrested on a warrant on Tuesday at 12:22 p.m. by Trooper Martin Cooke and also charged with sending/receiving an electronic message. The arrest was made on I-95 in Boxford.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

John Anketell, 53, 9 Dryer Court, Apt. 6, Danvers, was arrested on two warrants. Officer Craig Goodrich made the arrest on Friday at 8:11 p.m. on Cable Avenue.

Nicole Connor, 18, 125 Northend Blvd, Salisbury, was arrested on two warrants. Officer Patrick Szymkowski made the arrest on Tuesday at 6:01 p.m. on Lafayette Road.

Manuel Vazquez, 48, 5 Ball St., Haverhill, was arrested on a warrant. Officer Christopher Thurlow made the arrest on Wednesday at 8:06 a.m. on Elm Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Jose F. Ortiz-Rosado, 36, 30 Victor St., Apt. 22, Haverhill, was arrested on a warrant and also charged with driving without a license. Detective James Morton made the arrest on Monday at 12:30 p.m. on School St.

Joseph T. Capeles, 56, 82 Washington St., Groveland, was arrested and charged with failing to stay within marked lanes, operating while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), driving negligently to endanger, and on a warrant. Officers Eric Ryan and David Shanahan made the arrest on Monday at 8 p.m. on Center Street.
