The following items were recorded in the State Police log at the Newbury barracks:
Jason P. Marcotte, 26, 837 Broadway, Haverhill, was issued a summons on Tuesday at 7:34 a.m. for speeding and driving with a suspended license. Trooper Thomas Downs issued the summons during a motor vehicle stop in Boxford.
Hector Ramos, Jr., 25, 28 Forest Acres Drive, Apt. 15F, Haverhill, was issued a summons on Tuesday at 8:32 a.m. for driving with a suspended license during a motor vehicle stop in Haverhill.
Matthew J. Welch, 32, 108 Mass Avenue, Brockton, was arrested on a warrant on Tuesday at 12:22 p.m. by Trooper Martin Cooke and also charged with sending/receiving an electronic message. The arrest was made on I-95 in Boxford.
The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
John Anketell, 53, 9 Dryer Court, Apt. 6, Danvers, was arrested on two warrants. Officer Craig Goodrich made the arrest on Friday at 8:11 p.m. on Cable Avenue.
Nicole Connor, 18, 125 Northend Blvd, Salisbury, was arrested on two warrants. Officer Patrick Szymkowski made the arrest on Tuesday at 6:01 p.m. on Lafayette Road.
Manuel Vazquez, 48, 5 Ball St., Haverhill, was arrested on a warrant. Officer Christopher Thurlow made the arrest on Wednesday at 8:06 a.m. on Elm Street.
The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:
Jose F. Ortiz-Rosado, 36, 30 Victor St., Apt. 22, Haverhill, was arrested on a warrant and also charged with driving without a license. Detective James Morton made the arrest on Monday at 12:30 p.m. on School St.
Joseph T. Capeles, 56, 82 Washington St., Groveland, was arrested and charged with failing to stay within marked lanes, operating while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), driving negligently to endanger, and on a warrant. Officers Eric Ryan and David Shanahan made the arrest on Monday at 8 p.m. on Center Street.
Stephen J. Lord, 21, 17 Drew Road, Derry, N.H. was arrested and charged with failing to stop for police, failing to stay within marked lanes, speeding and driving recklessly to endanger. Officers Neil Moody and Heather Riley made the arrest on Tuesday at 5 a.m. on Byfield Road.
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Ryan P. Fradsham, 19, 288A Towle Farm Road, and Jordan J. Welch, 19, 9 Green St., both of Hampton, N.H., were both arrested and charged with one count each of unlawful possession of alcohol by persons under the age of 21. Officers Joseph Lister and Adam Laurent made the arrests on Centennial Street on Saturday at 4:08 a.m.
Barbara Arsenault, 35, 73 Cambridge St., Lawrence, Mass., and Michelle E. Aquiar, 31, 23 Carriage Way, Methuen, Mass., were both arrested and each charged with theft (shoplifting) and receiving stolen property. Officers John Mounsey, David Hersey, Danial Henderson and Sgt. Jason Allen made the arrest at Walmart on Tuesday at 4:18 p.m.
Louis N. Mooradian, 77, 16 Methuen St., Seabrook, was arrested and charged with conduct after an accident, leaving the scene of property damage. Officers Hersey and Henderson made the arrest at the Seabrook Police Station on Tuesday at 4:53 p.m.
