---- — On this day in 1920, a low-flying airplane piloted by Lt. T. Potter and passenger Harold Cates circled over the business district. Mr. Cates threw out a handful of advertisements for local stores that contained a few bills good for prizes. These flying bills were chased by boys and girls, with an occasional man joining the hunt.
