The Zoning Board of Appeals last week continued the public hearing about the proposed plan for a development of 20 units, of which five will be 40B affordable housing units, on a new road off Daniels Road to be named Marion Way. At the meeting, the board selected Cammet Engineering of Amesbury to act on the town's behalf in the process.

The meeting was continued to Thursday, Sept. 16, at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall annex to allow more time for the developer — Building & Remodeling Corp. of America of Beverly — to respond to all the inquiries about the project from town offices and residents.
