NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded on Wednesday, March 31, in Newburyport District Court. Judge Allen Swan presided over the following jury-waived cases:

Wendy Makrides, 60, 99 Central Ave., Salisbury; driving an uninsured vehicle, placed on pretrial probation for three months, ordered to pay $50 to the state Victim/Witness Fund; driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, placed on pretrial probation for three months (Salisbury).

Daniel E. Seablom, 40, 77 Powow St., Apt. 2, Amesbury; domestic assault and battery, found guilty, sentenced to one year in the house of correction (suspended for two years), two years' probation, ordered to comply with restraining order, enroll in anger management program, attend Alcoholics Anonymous (Amesbury).

Elizabeth A. Boulier, 21, 19 Winter St., Merrimac; driving without a license, placed on pretrial probation for five months, ordered to pay $50 to the VWF; driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, placed on pretrial probation for five months; driving an uninsured vehicle, placed on pretrial probation for five months (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following items were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, March 29, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Petriakis, 38, 1 Grandville Court, Apt. 1, Haverhill; violating an abuse prevention order, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for one year conditioned upon no abuse of victim and complying with the abuse prevention order (Merrimac); violating an abuse prevention order, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for one year conditioned upon no abuse of victim and complying with the abuse prevention order (Salisbury).

Pamela Rohlfing, 31, 1 Grandville Court, Apt 1, Haverhill; violation of an abuse prevention order, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for one year conditioned upon compliance with abuse prevention order (Amesbury).

Brett R. Joshua D. Bobrowski, 23, 47 Chilson St., Springfield; sell/deliver alcohol to a person under 21 years of age; continued without finding and probation for one year, $200 court costs and $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Dustin J. Harris, 33, 7 Cottage Way, Salisbury; assault and battery, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon staying away, having no contact with victim and staying away from Uncle Eddie's Bar (Salisbury).

Mark Pelky Sr., 44, 26 Pleasant St., Franklin, N.H.; disorderly conduct, dismissed with court costs of $100 and $50 VWF (Salisbury).
