NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Cameron L. Burke, 19, 87 Monroe St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 3:12 p.m. on a charge of threat to commit a crime. Officer John Gavin issued the summons following a complaint at the Newburyport police station.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Donna Pomphrett, 51, 504 Northend Blvd., No. 4, Salisbury, was arrested Tuesday at 3:27 p.m. and charged with receiving stolen property more than $250, domestic assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and a previous warrant. Officer Richard Dellaria made the arrest on Northend Boulevard.

Kenneth G. Landry, 26, 96 Atlantic Ave., Amesbury, was arrested Tuesday at 5:11 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Keith Forget and Richard Dellaria made the arrest on Elm Street.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Matthew David Hood, 24, 2 Lakeshore Drive, Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 11 p.m. on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Trooper Campbell issued the summons following a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 495 in Merrimac.
