Petra Sabine Rydlova, 40, 25 Crescent St., Melrose, was arrested Tuesday at 4:14 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer Joshua Tierney and Sgt. Howard Adams made the arrest at CVS Pharmacy, Pond Street.
Mitchell B. Delaney, 26, 47 Salem Road, Topsfield, was issued a summons Tuesday at 5:36 p.m. on a civil marijuana possession charge. Officer John Gavin issued the summons on Route 1.
Sebastiao DelAlameida, 44, 5 Russell Terrace, Newburyport, was arrested Wednesday at 7:14 a.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Eric Marshall and Gregory Whitney made the arrest on Storey Avenue.

Wilfred T. Lavalley, 36, 27 Arch St., No. 3, Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 11:07 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officers Matthew Cunningham, Thomas Nichols, Denis Champagne Jr., Lauren Tirone and Sgt. Glenn Chaput made the arrest on Carriage Hill Road.

Christopher L. Lagasse, 43, 207 Main St., Plaistow, N.H., was issued a summons Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer James Leavitt issued the summons on Beach Road.

James J. Beaudet, 49, 1390 Broadway, Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 4:20 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle after license suspension and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker. Officer Michael Traister issued the summons on Main Street.
Deanna M. O’Donnell, 31, 11 Lackey St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 8:50 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after license suspension. Officers Traister and Neil Moody issued the summons.
Steven J. Denesowicz, 38, 440 North Ave., No. 8, Haverhill, was arrested Wednesday at 12:50 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license (subsequent offense), unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (subsequent offense) and marked lanes. Detective James Morton made the arrest on Salem Street.
