Programs at Mass Audubon's Joppa Flats

Mass Audubon’s Joppa Flats Education Center, located at One Plum Island Turnpike in Newburyport, is a natural history education and visitor center that is open to the public Tuesday through Sunday and Monday holidays, 8:30 to 4 p.m.

Saturday Morning Birding

Join experienced leaders in a search for avian activity in the Newburyport/Plum Island area. For beginners and birders of all skill levels.

Celebrate the beaches, tide pools, and salt marshes at Joppa Flats with a full day of free indoor and outdoor family fun. Rain or shine. Nature-themed attire welcome.
