NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded between Sept. 16 and Sept. 20 at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Susan Kelly, 47, 120 Essex Green Drive, Peabody; assault and battery on a police officer, three years of pretrial probation, no abuse of police or emergency personnel; assault and battery on an ambulance personnel, three years of pretrial probation; resisting arrest, three years of pretrial probation (Salisbury).

Senta Ferraro, 33, 17 Green St., Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, continued without finding for one year, $50 Victims-Witness Fund (VWF), no inspection sticker, not responsible; failure to stop/yield, responsible, $100 assessment (Amesbury).

Cameron Beaulieu, 17, 142 Crow Lane, Newburyport; underage possession of alcohol, continued without finding for three months, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Dale Sullivan, 41, 50 Oakland St., Amesbury; possession of a Class A drug, continued without finding for one year with probation conditions, remain drug and alcohol free with random screenings, $50 VWF; possession of a Class B drug, continued without finding for one year (Salisbury).

David Patterson, 41, 113 Minnesota Ave West, Gilbert, Minn.; operating under the influence of alcohol, guilty, two years probation, one year loss of license, $50 VWF; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; failure to stop/yield, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Darlene Brown, 30, 29 Cedar St., Haverhill; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, guilty, $50 VWF; speeding, responsible, filed (Newburyport).

Jennifer Cutting, 35, 20 Arlington St., Amesbury; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, guilty, $100 fine, $50 VWF; miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Ernest Dignard Jr., 51, 17 Main St., Salisbury; operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, guilty, 90 days in the house of correction, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Petra Rydlova, 40, 15 Crescent Ave, Melrose; shoplifting, guilty, $100 fine, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Jeremy Bowman-Sheltz, 26, 395 River St., Apt. 2, Haverhill; carrying a dangerous weapon, continued without finding for three months, $200 costs, $50 VWF (Salisbury).
