Seabrook Circuit Court

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th District Court, Seabrook Division the week ending Friday, Sept. 27.

Sandra E. Foley, 33, 83A Elm St., No. 146, Salisbury; theft by unauthorized taking, guilty, 365 days in the house of correction, 60 days to be served and the balance suspended conditioned upon two years good behavior*. (Seabrook).

Christina A. Ciampa, 45, 14 Woodman Way, No. 9, Newburyport; theft (shoplifting), guilty,10 days in the house of correction, suspended, $1,120 restitution, $500 suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior to include not entering the Wal-Mart store in Seabrook (Seabrook).

Adam Trocki, 37, 119 Lower Collins St., Seabrook; conduct after an accident, leaving the scene of property damage, guilty, $200 fine, suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior (Seabrook).

Christopher K. McCarthy, 13 F St., No. 15, Hampton; criminal mischief (vandalism), guilty, $500 fine, suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior (Seabrook).

Kristi Tetreault, 35, 25 Pages Lane, Hampton Falls; resisting arrest, guilty, $620 fine, suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior; being a fugitive from justice (Mass.), nol prossed (charge discontinued) (Seabrook).

Louis N. Mooradian, 77, 16 Methuen St., Seabrook; conduct after an accident, leaving the scene of property damage, complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon six months good behavior (Seabrook).

* When conditions include “good behavior” it includes, but is not limited to, there being no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violation during the time specified.

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Sept. 27, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Rodolfo Reynoso, 21, 164 Whitehall Road, Apt. 28, Amesbury; unlicensed driving, pretrial probation for one year, $50 Victim-Witness Fund (VWF); marked lanes violation, responsible, $100 fine (Merrimac).

Anthony Smith, 31, 131 Elm St., Salisbury; failure to provide a sample for the DNA database, dismissed (State Police).

Hannah T. Blemker, 26, 65 State St., Newburyport; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V; $250 HIF (Newburyport).
