NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, Oct. 31, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Erin F. Mulcahy, 24, 57 Third St., North Andover; assault and battery on a public employee, nolle prosequi (charge discontinued); resisting arrest, nolle prosequi (charge discontinued); disorderly conduct, nolle prosequi (charge discontinued). (State Police)

Shawn C. Duncan, 43, 81 Hawley St., Lawrence; two counts of witness intimidation, nolle prosequi on both counts (charges discontinued). ( Salisbury)

Guillermo A. Colom, 54, driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, two years probation conditioned upon completion an alcohol safety awareness and half-day Brains At Risk program, 90-day loss of license, $50 Victim/Witness Fund (VWF) assessment; $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment; $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; marked lane violation, responsible, filed. NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Nov. 1, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Debbie Moccia, 58, 20 Manning Ave. (Middleton House of Correction), Middleton; witness intimidation, case dismissed by reason of indictment in Superior Court. (Lawrence)

Mellanie Trippett, 24, 19 Beckford St., Apt. 2, Beverly; uninsured vehicle, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months, $50 VWF; driving after registration suspension, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months. (West Newbury)

Cleofa Jose, 56, 2 Museum Square, Apt. 415, Lawrence; reckless endangerment of a child, continued without finding and probation for seven months, $50 VWF. (Salisbury)

Andrew R. Crooks, 22, 10 Davis Court, Amesbury; inhaling glue/toxic substances, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for six months. (Amesbury)

Mark A. Tabor, 53, 17 Nichols St., Haverhill; breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, guilty, probation for one year conditioned upon staying away from and having no contact with the victim, $50 VWF. (Salisbury)

David M. Gonzagowski, 45, 5 Clemente Ave., Kingston, N.H.; breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, continued without finding and probation for two years, $90 VWF; larceny less than $250, guilty, one year in the house of correction, six days to be served and the balance suspended with two years probation conditioned upon no abuse of the victim, complying with the restraining order, staying out of Salisbury and completion of anger management program; assault, guilty, one year in the house of correction, six days to be served and the balance suspended with two years probation.
