AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

Frances W. Phaneuf, 46, 10 Myrtle St., Amesbury, was arrested yesterday at 10:08 a.m. and charged with larceny over $250. Officer David Noyes made the arrest on Main Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:

Nancy Magnuson, 47, 141 Beach Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:22 p.m. on charges of domestic assault and battery, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and wanton destruction of property under $250. Officers Keith Forget and Eugene Scione issued the summons on Beach Road.

John D. Donahue, 24, 7216 Main St., Amesbury, John E. Donahue, 54, 18 N St., Hampton, N.H., and Richard G. Murphy, 26, 194 Lafayette Road, Salisbury, were arrested yesterday at 10:45 a.m. All were charged with receiving stolen property over $250. Murphy was also arrested on a warrant. Officers Kevin Sullivan and Mike Alder made the arrests on Main Street.

Gene R. Ouellette, 44, 33 Kendell Lane, Salisbury, was arrested yesterday at 3:53 p.m. and charged with driving after license suspension for being a habitual traffic offender. Officers Craig Lesage and Bruce Dow made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the log of the Seabrook Police:

George Franklin Eaton, 22, 11 Laura Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 1:12 a.m. and charged with simple assault. Officers Kevin Gelineau, Justin Murphy and Adam Laurent made the arrest on Laura Lane.

Sean O. Cox, 43, 19 Adder Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 7:57 a.m. and charged with two counts of domestic violence. Officers John Mounsey, Pat Smart and Dan Hickman made the arrest on Adder Lane.

Dora L. Smith, 44, 10 Stans Way, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 5:09 p.m. on a bench warrant. Officers Smart, Mounsey and Hickman made the arrest on Route 107.

Jason Stevens, 36, 944 Lafayette Road, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at noon and charged with drug possession. Officer Mounsey and Justin Murphy made the arrest on A Street.

Robert Eaton, 20, 19 Boynton Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 3:47 p.m. and charged with simple assault. Officers Smart and Peter Fowler made the arrest on Liberty Lane.

Cory L. Sabatino, 28, 714 Alfred Road, Arundel, Maine, and Nedra M. Levasseur, 28, 585 Geburg Road, Alfred, Maine, were arrested Monday at 4:35 p.m. and charged with attempting to purse snatch. Sabatino was also charged with giving a false report to police. Officer Mounsey made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

Sarah Beth Nikas, 17, 13 Linwood Place, Amesbury, was arrested Monday at 6:41 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer Gelineau made the arrest on Liberty Lane.

Rafael Montanez, 52, 592 Lafayette Road, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Monday at 10:20 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (subsequent offense). Officers Chester Felch, Gelineau and Murphy made the arrest on Stard Road.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Newbury police:

Ghada A. Fniech, 38, 112 Loring Ave., Salem, was arrested Monday at 7:44 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and marked lanes violation. Officer Mark Smigielski made the arrest on the Newburyport Turnpike.
