Police logs

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Roger J. Hartman, 22, 80 Birch Park Circle, West Springfield, was arrested Wednesday at 10:12 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation. Also arrested at the scene was Jerry Allen, 50, 271 Jasper St., right, Springfield, who was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon (subsequent offense). Officers Ronald Guilmette, Charles Sciacca and Sgt. Kevin Donovan made the arrests on Macy Street near Interstate 495.

Robert Crossley, 56, 40 Orchard St., Merrimac, was arrested Thursday at 1:09 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding and a marked lanes violation. Sgt. Donovan and officers Sciacca and Michael Purvis made the arrest on Haverhill Road.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Miguel Cordova, 24, 41A McGreevey Way, Roxbury; and Jibriyl Abdul-Shafi, 24, 110 Thornton St., No. 3, Revere; were arrested Wednesday at 9:10 p.m. and charged with previous warrants. Abdul-Shafi was also charged with a civil marijuana offense. Officer Joseph Anderson and Sgt. Eugene Scione made the arrests on Beach Road.

Laura J. Manson, 49, 15 Pond St., No. 2, Amesbury, was arrested Wednesday at 9:11 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and serious injury, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Officer James Leavitt and Sgt. Scione made the arrest on Elm Street following a motor vehicle accident.

Robert Palumbo. 17, 7 Sheridan St., Billerica; Matthew Crosson, 18, 68 Pinedale Ave., Billerica; and Cameron MacEachern, 17, 351 Andover Road, Billerica; were issued summonses Wednesday at 11:51 p.m. on a charge of person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officers Patrick Szymkowski and Timothy Hunter issued the summonses on Beach Road.

Archie David Miller, 17, 38 Cable Ave., Salisbury, was arrested Thursday at 11:43 a.m. and charged with kidnapping, domestic assault and battery, intimidating a witness, threatening to commit a crime (murder) and threatening to commit a crime (assault and battery). Sgt. Robert Roy made the arrest after responding to an incident at Psychic Readings By Helen on Cable Avenue.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Thomas McMaster, 25, 63 Salmon Falls Road, Rochester, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 9:31 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Mark Smigielski made the arrest on Route 1 near Middle Road.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Kathleen Mazzochia, 44, 6 Dolan Road, Middleton, was issued a summons Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. on charges of speeding, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Trooper Gondella issued the summons in Georgetown.
