A 15-year-old juvenile was issued a summons Saturday at 4:36 p.m. on a charge of attempted breaking and entering a vehicle. Sgt. Alan Maguire and officers Michael McGinnis and Edward Rice issued the summons on Tyng Street.
Earl L. Pierce, 48, 35 Hardy St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Sunday at 1:23 p.m. on charges of cruelty to an animal and disorderly conduct. Officers Keith Carter, Charles Eaton and William Steeves issued the summons on State Street.
NEWBURY
The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:
Lenore Nestor, 51, 57 Ledge Road, Chelmsford, was arrested Saturday at 10:41 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while under the influence of drugs, possession of a class B drug and a marked lanes violation. Lt. John Lucey Jr. and officer Stephen May made the arrest on Northern Boulevard.
Daniel Joseph Triplett, 20, 6 Park Place, Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 3:18 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of property damage. Officer Stephen Jenkins made the arrest on Main Street.
Howard L. Meattey, 30, 43 Folly Mill Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 2:36 p.m. on a charge of larceny under $250. Officer Megan Muldowney issued the summons on High Road.
SALISBURY
The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Lisa A. Clark, 25, 29 Central Ave., Apt. 3, Salisbury, was issued a summons Friday at 5:07 p.m. on charges of driving an uninsured vehicle and driving with revoked registration. Officers Bruce Dow and Joseph Anderson issued the summons on Beach Road.
Harley Fischer, 24, 17 Whittier Drive, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 9:57 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Richard Dellaria made the arrest on Broadway.
Three people were arrested following a disturbance at Ten's Show Club at 11 North End Blvd., Saturday night. Kim A. Cinquegrana, 29, 512 W. River Road, Apt. 134, Hooksett, N.H., was charged with domestic assault and battery. Kristy O'Neill, 18, 307 Raymond Road, Candia, N.H., was charged with disorderly conduct. Officer Anderson made both arrests at 12:05 a.m. Anthony Holt, 34, 119 R. Union Road, Portsmouth, N.H., was charged with aggravated assault and battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officers Anderson, Dennis Lucia, Richard Dellaria, Richard Merrill and Patrick Szymkowski made the arrests at 12:23 a.m.
Gregory J. Forrest, 50, 46 Brown Ave., Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 2:16 p.m. on a charge of driving without a license. Officers David Delling and Robert Roy issued the summons on Lafayette Road.
Joan Dianne Buote, 47, 40 Brissette Ave., Apt. 1, Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 5:59 p.m. on charges of driving with revoked registration, driving an uninsured vehicle and not being in possession of license. Officers Dellaria, Merrill and Delling issued the summons on Beach Road.
Nelson Cruz, 45, 9 Pilgrim Road, Apt. 2, Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 10:38 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense) and failure to stop at a red light. Officer Dellaria made the arrest on Bridge Road.
Brandon E. Burton, 30, 229 Beach Road, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 11:10 p.m. on a warrant. Officer James Leavitt made the arrest on Broadway.
Joseph Landry, 42, 243 North End Boulevard, Apt. B, Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:14 a.m. on a warrant. Officer Leavitt made the arrest at the residence.
Shawn P. Defeo, 42, 229 Beach Road, Apt. 1, Salisbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 1:36 p.m. on a charge of driving with a revoked license. Officer Dellaria issued the summons on Beach Road.
Eric S. Knight, 40, 24 A St., Hampton, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 3:12 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license (ninth offense) and a red light violation. Officer Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Collins Street.
Gary J. Foisy, 55, 7 I St., Apt. 6, Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Sunday at 3:12 p.m. on a charge of allowing improper operation of a vehicle. Officer Hunter issued the summons on Collins Street.
AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
Mark Dunklee, 34, 286 Main St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 1:02 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Sgt. Glenn Chaput and officers Steven Reed and Carl Lesage made the arrest on Main Street.
Gretchen Carter, 28, 145 Town Farm Road, Ipswich, was arrested Saturday at 1:27 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and failure to use caution when stopping. Officers Matthew Cunningham, Larry Bybee and Lesage made the arrest on Elm Street.
A 14-year-old juvenile was issued a summons Saturday at 12:12 p.m. on charges of threatening to commit a crime (assault) and disturbing the peace. Officers Kevin Ward and David Noyes issued the summons on Lincoln Court.
A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested Saturday at 6:16 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace. Officers Thomas Nichols and Raymond Landry and Sgt. Chaput made the arrest in Market Square.
Steven R. Jenkins, 48, 181 High St., Apt. 4, Andover, was arrested Sunday at 1:59 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, failure to signal and a marked lanes violation. Sgt. Richard Poulin and officers Landry, Cunningham and Nichols made the arrest on Macy Street.
STATE POLICE
The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:
Steven M. Collins Jr., 41, 70A Ash St., Nashua, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 1:45 a.m. on charges of driving with a revoked license (subsequent offense), speeding and a seat belt violation. Trooper Topping issued the summons in Haverhill.
Anthony N. Halloway, 28, 94 Oakland Ave., Apt. 2, Methuen, was arrested Saturday at 2:41 a.m. on two warrants and was charged with being a fugitive from justice (Haverhill). Trooper Topping made the arrest in Haverhill.
John Dunlap, 44, 67 Semont Road, Boston, was arrested Saturday at 3 p.m. and charged with open and gross behavior, lewd and lascivious behavior and indecent exposure. Trooper Katsarakes made the arrest in Salisbury.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Emanuel Pereira, 26, 88 Blacksnake Road, Seabrook, was arrested Thursday at 11:14 p.m. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officers Adam Laurent, Keith Dietenhofer, David Hersey and Chester Felch made the arrest on Blacksnake Road.
Charles H. Hanson, 34, 459 Lafayette Road, Apt. 12A, Seabrook, was arrested Thursday at 11:49 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (subsequent offense), disobeying a police officer, driving with a suspended or revoked license and simple assault. Sgt. John Wasson and officers Hersey, Dietenhofer and Frank Brown Jr. made the arrest on Lafayette Road.
Douglas Palmquist, 35, 5 Pickering Place, Danvers, was arrested Friday at 10:54 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officers Jeremy Tetreault and Daniel Hickman made the arrest on Ocean Boulevard.
Craig B. Ferriero, 39, 12 Austin Drive, Dover, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 12:10 a.m. and charged with reckless conduct: placing another in danger, disobeying a police officer, driving while under the influence of alcohol (subsequent offense) and being a habitual offender. Sgt. Wasson and officer Brown Jr. made the arrest on Ocean Boulevard.
Michael Tarr, 24, 5 Fairway Drive, Apt. 26, Derry, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 12:14 a.m. on a bench warrant and charged with driving with a revoked or suspended license. Officers Tetreault and Hickman made the arrest on Ocean Boulevard.
Clyde Floyd Eaton, 59, 6 Laura Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 10:34 a.m. and charged with criminal threatening. Sgts. Robert Granlund and Jason Allen and officers David Hersey and John Mounsey made the arrest on Laura Lane.
Ekaterina Petrova, 21, 117 Cimarron, Apt. B8, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 8:18 p.m. and charged with theft (shoplifting). Prosecutor Scott Mendes made the arrest at Kohl's on Lafayette Road.
Matthew J. Dacosta, 21, 31 High St., Apt. 6204, East Hartford, Conn., was arrested Sunday at 12:13 a.m. and charged with public urination or defecation. Officers Brown Jr., Kevin Gelineau and Justin Murphy made the arrest on Lafayette Road.
Scott Wyman, 42, 15 B Purington Lane, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 1:07 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officers Ryan Kane and Laurent made the arrest on Ocean Boulevard.
