NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Feb. 8, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Michael E. Moore, 18, 7 Tremont St., Newburyport; uninsured vehicle, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months, $50 Victim/Witness Fund assessment; driving after registration suspension, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months; fail to notify Registry of Motor Vehicles of name/address change, not responsible (Newburyport).

Travis S. Moore, 30, 15 Melvin Ave., Apt. 11, Brighton; uninsured vehicle, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months, $50 VWF; driving after registration suspension, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months (Newburyport).

Chhun Man, 28, 18 Middlesex Park, Lowell; miscellaneous statutory violation, dismissed, decriminalized, $100 court cost, (Environmental Police).

Thomas J. Reynolds, 17, 623 Main St., West Newbury; possession of class E drugs, dismissed (Salisbury).

Curtis W. Eames, 40, 323 Groveland St., Haverhill; driving after license suspension, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months, $50 VWF; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, filed (West Newbury).

Anthony Velasquez, 21, 50 Common St., Apt. 4, Lawrence; juror fail to appear, dismissed (Newburyport).

Adrian B. Brooks, 38, 81 Porter Road, Boxford; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for one year, $50 VWF; license not in possession, not responsible, driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for one year (Amesbury).
