Salisbury, MA — Salisbury-Barbara A. (Whiting) Kimball, 78, of Sacks Way, died Friday, December 13, at the Portsmouth Regional Hospital, after being stricken ill.
She is survived by two sons, Ken Kimball and his wife, Sue, of Clifton Park, N.Y., and Ron Kimball and his wife, Maggy, of Putnam, Conn.; six grandchildren, Mandy, Mike, Dan, Judy, Sarah, and Maddy; two great-grandchildren, Phoenix and Silver; and a sister, Wendy Whiting of Worcester.
Born in Milford, Mass., on April 2, 1935, she was the daughter of George C. and Katherine (Saunders) Whiting. She lived in Salisbury for the past 30 years. She previously worked as a waitress at the former Stuart’s Restaurant in Worcester, Mass.
Barbara enjoyed relaxing, exploring and collecting artifacts of nature at Salisbury Beach. She also enjoyed genealogy, needlepoint, knitting, and staying in touch with friends and relatives.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral arrangements are being directed by Jackman Funeral Home, 12 Spring St., Whitinsville, Mass., and will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
