SEABROOK — Carole A. Rosie, 66, of Seabrook, died Monday, January 23, 2012 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
She was born October 18, 1945 in Gloucester, MA the daughter of the late Alfred and Madeline (Anderson) Gallant. Carole was raised in Gloucester and graduated from Gloucester High School. While residing in Gloucester she was employed by Gorton's as a seafood packer. She recently was employed as a delivery person for the Newburyport Daily News.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and was an avid bowler and once was on television show Candlepins for Cash. She was an avid bingo player, enjoyed traveling to Aruba, and Foxwoods where she made many friends. She made her home in Seabrook the past 25 years.
Family members include her husband of 25 years, Robert T. Rosie of Seabrook, two daughters, Koren R. Koper and Racheal E. Rosie both of Seabrook, son-in-laws Shaun and Corey, two grandchildren, Kristjan and Kaiya Koper both of Seabrook, her brother, Ronald Gallant of Gloucester, MA, and will also be missed by her three cats.
ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours will be from 5-8 P.M. Thursday, January 26, 2012 at the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 1 P.M. Friday, January 27, 2012 in Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, 289 Lafayette Road, Hampton.
