Susan F. "Sue" James, 75

Howard, Ohio — Susan F. “Sue” James, 75, of Howard passed away on Friday afternoon, Jan. 18, at Knox Community Hospital. She was born on Dec. 27, 1937 in Amesbury, daughter of the late Howard A. and Annie G. (Perkins) Sayball.

Sue worked for United McGill Corp in the Sales Service Department. She was a volunteer for Care Net Pregnancy Services in Mount Vernon. Sue was a member of Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Mount Vernon.

Sue is survived by her loving husband, John A. James, whom she married on Aug. 9, 1966; sons, Stephen (Candis) James of Columbus and Scott (Shelley) James of Avon; a daughter, Kim (Patrick) Rosmarin of Westerville; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sisters, Nancy (Ronald) Hooper of Elmira, N.Y.,and Carole Kennedy of Newburyport.

ARRANGEMENTS: A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 23, at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with Rev. Father Mark J. Hammond as the celebrant. Inurnment will follow in Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Mount Vernon.
