Gulf Shores, ALA. — Ronald Gene Shennett, Jr., 32, former resident of Exeter, N.H., and resident of Gulf Shores, Ala., passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2013, in Foley, Ala.
Ronald was a loving son, brother and uncle who enjoyed time video-gaming and was an avid reader of "Wheel of Time." He also enjoyed golfing and his work.
He is survived by his mother, Bonny Tatro-Dash; stepfather, Christopher Dash of Gulf Shores, Ala.; father, Ronald Shennett, Sr. of Salisbury, Mass.; brother, Timothy Shennett and his fiancé, Kaila Linton of Gulf Shores, Ala.; stepbrother, Steven Dash; stepsisters, Stephanie Dash and Jessica Dash; and maternal grandparents, Mary and Frank DeFreze of Hampton, N.H. He is also survived by Uncle Wayne Hall, Aunt Cindy Hall and cousin, Kaitlin Hall, all of Newfields, N.H., and Uncle Ron Tatro and Aunt Betsy Tatro of Salisbury, Mass. Ronald was the loving uncle of Noah Shennett of Exeter, N.H. He also leaves behind numerous other loving family members and friends.
ARRANGEMENTS: A Celebration of Ronald’s life will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley, Ala. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
A Celebration of Ronald’s life will be held in New Hampshire and will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald Shennett Memorial Fund, PNC Bank, Foley, AL, for a memorial park bench.
