Salisbury — Bruce C. Greeley Jr., 67, of Salisbury, died on Monday, October 14, 2013, at his home, surrounded by his family.
He was born on June 16, 1946, in Amesbury, and was a son of the late Bruce C. and Rosilda (Lanseigne) Greeley, Sr.
Bruce was employed as a truck mechanic for New England Motor Freight, and in his earlier years, for Graf Brothers Trucking, retiring last year after many years of service.
He made his home in Salisbury the past 25 years, coming from Newburyport, where he was a former member of B.P.O.E. Lodge 909.
He was the husband of the late Shirley L. (Smith) Greeley, who predeceased him on May 1, 2013.
Family members include his son, Bruce C. Greeley III and his wife, Cheryl of Seabrook, N.H.; two daughters, Dawn Marie Merrill all of Seabrook, Kelly Harbison and her husband, Keith, of Pittsburg, Ill.; four grandchildren, Bruce IV, Aimee, Robert, and Camron; two great-grandsons, TJ and Tanner; four brothers, Ronald, Norman, Robert, and James LaMothe; two sisters, Nancy Sampson and Kim King; and several nieces and nephews.
