Seabrook, NH — Calvin C. Randall, Jr., 89, of Seabrook, died Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport, Mass., after an extended illness.
He was born Jan. 17, 1925 in Seabrook, a son of the late Calvin and Ruth Randall, Sr.
He was raised in Salisbury and attended Amesbury High but left school to enlist in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was a member of both the Raymond E. Walton American Legion Post 170 of Seabrook and the Amesbury VFW. Family was always first to Calvin, he was a quiet, hard-working man, who cared for and supported his family.
He is survived by his daughters, Sandra Pike and her husband, Neal and Karen (Felch) Green, all of Seabrook; his six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren, and his many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Natalie (Gosselin) Randall, who died in 1964; his son, Bruce Randall; his daughter, Melanie Eaton; and his brother and sister, Francis Randall and Theodora Pickard.
ARRANGEMENTS: Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2014, in the Wildwood Cemetery, South Main St., Seabrook. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
