Portsmouth, NH, formerly of Lawrence and Salisbury — Caroline (Cataldo) Cristaldi, 95, of Portsmouth, NH, formerly of Lawrence and Salisbury, passed away Thursday, January 16, at Edgewood Centre in Portsmouth, NH. She was born in Lawrence and was the daughter of the late Charles and Sebastiana (Cristaldi) Cataldo.
Mrs. Cristaldi was raised and educated in Lawrence. She owned and operated Christy’s Pizza and Christy’s Spaghetti House in Salisbury until her retirement. She was a parishioner of Corpus Christi Parish at Holy Rosary Church and a member of St. Rita’s Sodality.
Mrs. Cristaldi was predeceased by her husband, Salvatore “Sam” Cristaldi and her daughter, Catherine Coco.
She is survived by her daughters, Anna Cristaldi of Sandown, NH, Marie McClellan and her husband, Jim, of Glendale, AZ and Carol Moschetto and her husband, Jack, of Portsmouth, NH; her brother, Sam Cataldo of Farmington, NH and she also leaves six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visiting period on Tuesday, January 21, from 12 (noon) to 1 p.m. at the Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. Services will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will be in St. Mary – Immaculate Conception Mausoleum, Lawrence.
