Louis Napoleon Piche, III

Amesbury, MA — Louis Napoleon Piche III, age 75, of Amesbury, died Saturday evening, May 25, 2013, at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He was the husband of Janice P. (Souther) Piche.

Born in Newburyport, January 30, 1938, son of the late Louis N Piche, Jr. and Evelyn M. (Barrett) Piche, he attended Newburyport High School and was a baker by profession.

He was a dedicated family man, whose primary joy in life was his family and friends.

In addition to his wife of 52 years, he is survived by three sons, Louis Piche IV and wife, Karen; George Piche and wife, Kathy, and Robert Piche and wife, Tanya, all of Amesbury; four daughters, Nadine Bouchard and husband, Randy, of Raymond, N.H.; Corina Blaisdell and husband, Scott, of Hampton, N.H.; Ava Coombs and husband, Mike, of Somersworth, N.H., and Angel Piche of Amesbury;18 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert Piche; two sisters, Evelyn and Nancy; along with several generations of nieces and nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours will be Wednesday, June 5, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Elliott, Woodworth & Rogers Family Funeral Home, 35 Green Street, Newburyport. Graveside services will be private for the family.

Kindly omit flowers, instead, donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
