Seabrook, NH — Ruth L. Hart, 84, of Seabrook, died Friday, December 6, 2013, at her daughter’s home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Seabrook, January 15, 1929, a daughter of the late Perley and Helen (Yell) Fogg and was a lifelong resident.
Mrs. Hart was employed as a shoe worker at the former Barr & Bloomfield Shoe Company for several years.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Raymond E. Walton American Legion Post 70. Family was most important to her and she enjoyed her Saturday night dancing at the American Legion Post. The Amigo’s were her favorite band to sing and dance to and just last week her family was able to have them come to her bedside and perform for nearly two hours for her. It was so special to her.
She was the wife of the late Edwin E. Hart who predeceased her in 2007.
Family members include five children, Earl Hart and wife, Marie, Donna Perkins, Kathleen Eaton and husband, Woody, Shay Randall and husband, Moe, and Patty Marston and husband, Ed; her special sister, Helen Rowe, all of Seabrook; 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.
She was also predeceased by two sisters, Dorothy Fogg and Catherine Perkins.
ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday, December 9, 2013, at the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 10, 2013, in the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Wildwood Cemetery, Seabrook. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
