Suzette L. Burton, 50

Salisbury, MA — Suzette L. (Medeiros) Burton, 50, of Salisbury, Mass., passed away on Monday, November 25, 2013, at the Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport after an extended illness. Suzette was born in New Bedford, Mass., to Suzette (Damaso) Medeiros and the late Liberal Medeiros. Suzette worked for many years at Shaws Market as a customer service representative and during her spare time she loved to socialize and make the "occasional" trip to Foxwoods.

Suzette was predeceased by her father, Liberal, and is survived by her mother, Suzette Medeiros of Salisbury, her two sons, Douglas and Matthew Burton, both of Salisbury; her siblings, Diana Czarnecki and her husband, Henry of Lynn, Mass., and David Medeiros and his wife, Donna of Mystic, Conn.; as well as her two nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Calling Hours on Friday, November 29, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Twomey-LeBlanc and Conte Funeral Home, 193 High Street, Newburyport.
