Saugus and Juno Beach, FL — Mr. Ralph T. Castagna, 77 years, died suddenly on January 26th at his home in Florida. He was the loving husband of Laura G. (Recupero) Castagna.
Born and raised in South Boston, he was the son of the late Ralph and Palmina Castagna. He had retired as V. P. of Castagna Construction Co. and enjoyed wintering at his home in Juno Beach, FL. He moved from South Boston to Saugus in 1972.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Castagna leaves one son, Ralph Castagna of Newburyport; two daughters, Laurene Polignone and her husband Stephen of Georgetown, Cheryl Rogers and her husband Mark of Mashpee; six grandchildren, Tara, Ashley and Ericca Castagna, Michael Polignone, Mark Thomas Rogers and Lauren Rogers.
ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral from the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., SAUGUS on Monday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Summer St., Saugus at 10:30 a.m. Relatives & friends invited.
