Georgetown — Leslie L. (Swezey) Hills, 92, formerly of Georgetown, died Wednesday at Maplewood Rehabilitation Center in Amesbury.
Leslie was born in Jamaica Plain on Nov. 23, 1921 to the late Oliver and Louise (Bean) Swezey.
She was a homemaker.
Leslie was a past president of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She was widow of the late George F. Hills, and is survived by her sons, Gerald A. Hills and his wife, Julie of Payson, Ariz. and Noel A. Hills of East Hampstead, N.H.; and her daughter, Sharon L. Spring of East Boston. Leslie is also survived by her brother, Arthur E. Swezey of Alabama and her sisters, Elizabeth A. Lawry of Salem Massachusetts and Lila Morton of Alabama. Also among her survivors are her seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren as well as her beloved niece, Claire Bunker of Merrimack Mass.
ARRANGEMENTS: A graveside service will be offered on Monday, July 14, at 10 a.m. at Harmony Cemetery in Georgetown.
Family and friends may call on Sunday, July 13, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Merton E. Roberts and Conte Funeral Home 14 Pleasant St., Georgetown.
