Laconia, NH — Thomas W. Packard, 50, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 11, at the Concord Hospital, Concord, N.H. He was born in Amesbury, Mass., on September 9, 1963, and was the son of Gloria (Ethier) Packard of Newburyport, Mass., and the late Robert M. Packard.
He was raised in Amesbury and was a graduate of Amesbury High School, Class of 1982. He had once been employed as a deli clerk at Sam’s Club in Seabrook, N.H. Tom was known to be a very loving uncle, brother, son, and friend. All those close to him will cherish the memories and times they shared together. His great love for family, friends and the Lord was an inspiration to all who knew him. His family is saddened by the loss of Tom and will miss him dearly.
Besides his mother, his is survived by his brother, Greg Packard and his wife, Linda, of Hampton, N.H.; his two sisters, Roberta Dixon of Rochester, N.H., and Linda Morse and her husband, Bernard, of Belmont, N.H.; and his loving nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours at the E.V. Jutras & Sons Funeral Home, 118 Friend St., Amesbury, are on Thursday, May 15, from 4 to 6 p.m., followed by a service at 6 p.m. Burial will be private.
