The family wishes to extend a very heartfelt “Thank You” to the staff at Port Healthcare for the dedicated and compassionate care they provided to Charles over the past five years, and to the hospice caretakers who brought such comfort to both him and his family in the last stages of his final journey.

ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours at Elliott, Woodworth & Rogers Family Funeral Home, 35 Green St., Newburyport will be Monday, June 24, 2013, from 4 to 7 p.m. Funeral services at the funeral home will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. followed by interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Newbury. Donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472.
