Evelyn L. Goodrich, 91

Danvers — Evelyn L. (Bowman) Goodrich, 91, of Danvers, passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.

Evelyn was born in Lynn, to the late Charles E. and Mary (Gavin) Bowman. Evelyn worked at CBS Hytron for over 18 years and also worked for Sylvania and Chase Shawmut. During her spare time, she loved crafts and reading; however, her greatest joy was time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Evelyn was the beloved wife of the late Chester S. Goodrich and is survived by her children, Herbert Sanborn, Virginia Charos, Richard Goodrich and Walter Goodrich; her grandchildren, Edward A. Sanborn, David Sanborn and Kelly Decelle as well as her seven step-grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren. Evelyn was predeceased by her sons, Edward and Willard Sanborn.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her funeral service on Saturday, February 23 at 11 a.m. in the Twomey-LeBlanc and Conte Funeral Home, 193 High Street, Newburyport.
