SALISBURY — Susan Leone Buczek, 58, loving daughter and sister, of Salisbury and previously of Connecticut, died suddenly of cardiac arrest from coronary artery disease. She was a daughter of Antonetta Leone of Connecticut and the late Donato Leone.
Susan was a graduate of Trumbull High School and Sacred Heart University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and Graduate Studies in Heathcare Administration. She was employed by Aetna and Oxford Health for 20 years until her retirement.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 18 years, Richard Buczek.
In addition to her mother, survivors include a brother, Donato Leone; four sisters, Rita Lichtman, Cesidia Leone, Lucia Leone and Joanna Leone, all of Connecticut; and many aunts, cousins and dear friends.
ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, with a Mass of Christian burial at St. Theresa's Church and interment at St. John Cemetery in Connecticut. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 800-242-8721.
