Salisbury — Delores S. Bovio, 63, of Salisbury, died Monday, April 1, 2013, at Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation, Newburyport.

She was born August 19, 1948, in Newburyport a daughter of the late Stanley Bishop and Louise (Hunt) Craig.

Ms. Bovio was a lifelong resident of Salisbury Beach and a graduate of Newburyport High School.

Delores was a manager at Lee Hunt Seafood in Salisbury and also worked as a clam shucker for Hunt Seafood for a number of years. She loved spending time with her family and shopping for everyone, especially her grandchildren.

Family members include her daughter Elizabeth Bovio and her husband Jesse Jacques of Salisbury; grandchildren, Madison and Bayli Jacques both of Salisbury and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her son Rollie Bovio; brothers, Fred Bishop, Sunshine Bishop, Joe Bishop, Wayne Bishop and sister Betty Lou Bovio.

ARRANGEMENTS: A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2013, in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home – Crematory, 811 Lafayette Rd., Hampton, N.H. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Burial will be private. An online guestbook is available at www.RemickGendron.com.
