Ronald B. Greenwood, 73

Seabrook, NH — Ronald B. Greenwood, 73, of Seabrook, formerly of Amesbury, Mass., died June 20, 2013, at Exeter Hospital.

He was born in Portland, Maine, November 9, 1939, a son of the late Charles and Edna (Burnham) Greenwood.

Raised in Maine, the family moved to Newburyport, Mass., when he was a teenager and later he resided in Amesbury for over 30 years before moving to Seabrook in 2000.

He was employed for 30 years by Mercury Anodizing of Newburyport and after his retirement he continued part time with C.I.L. Anodizing and Painting of Lawrence, Mass.

He shared 56 years of marriage with his wife, Marlene W. (Chase) Greenwood of Seabrook.

In addition to his wife, he leaves his son, Donald Greenwood and his wife, Tammy, of Exeter; two daughters, Patricia Cohen and her husband, Ronald, of Brockton, Mass., Rhonda Greenwood and her husband, Dennis Mitchell, of Dracut, Mass.; his granddaughter, Crystal Greenwood; two great-grandchildren, Emma and Jim Greenwood; his brother, Dean Colburn of Portsmouth; two sisters, Colleen Striti of Needham, Mass., Carrie Rogers of West Newbury, Mass.; nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his brother, Richard Greenwood.

ARRANGEMENTS: Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, Hampton. Visit to view the memorial website or sign the tribute wall.
