Salisbury — Shirley L. Greeley, 67, of Salisbury, died Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport.
She was born in Newburyport, March 12, 1946, a daughter of Lillian (Fitzgerald) Smith of Newburyport and the late Leonard Smith.
Mrs. Greeley was raised in Newburyport and had made her home there until moving to Salisbury 20 years ago. She was a big fan of Elvis Presley, the Boston Bruins, and was a former member of B.P.O.E. 1603 of Newburyport.
In addition to her mother, family members include her husband of 48 years, Bruce C. Greeley of Salisbury; her son, Bruce C. Greeley, III, and his wife, Cheryl; two daughters, Dawn Marie Merrill all of Seabrook, Kelly Jean Harbison of Pittsburg. Ill.; four grandchildren; two great grandsons; her brother, Edward Smith of Pennsylvania; three sisters, Priscilla Tremblay and her husband, Edward, Raylene DeBrase and her husband Daniel, all of Salisbury, Brenda Smith of Newburyport, many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her two sisters, Jean Mace and Barbara Harris.
