Seabrook, N.H. — Chester (Chet) Pawlowski, 53, of Seabrook, N.H., passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013, at the Country Manor Rehab and Nursing Center in Newburyport, with friends at his bedside, after a long battle with cancer.
He was the loving son of Jane Pawlowski of Rowley and had many close loving friends. Chet was predeceased by his father, Chester T. Pawlowski, and his brother, Robert Pawlowski.
He grew up in Rowley and graduated from Triton High School. Chet had a long and successful career as a skilled and talented machinist. He worked at Lighthouse Manufacturing before his illness. He was a member of The Sons of American Legion Post 70, Seabrook, N.H.
In his early years, he enjoyed skiing, golfing and camping. He especially enjoyed spending time with his friends. Each year he organized the B.H.I. Classic Golf Tournament. His spirit was larger than life and he lived his life to the fullest. There was always laughter when Chet was around. He was truly loved by many and will be sorely missed.
ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 10, at 6 p.m. in the F.S. Roberts and Son Funeral Home, 14 Independent St., Rowley, MA.
