Frederick M. Packard, III, "Fred"

Amesbury, MA — Frederick M. “Fred” Packard, III, age 62, died unexpectedly Tuesday afternoon, September 3, 2013, at his home in Amesbury. He was the husband of Carol A. (Barnaby) Packard, his wife of 30 years.
