Newburyport — Elizabeth “Betty” Donahue Savage, 84, died Saturday, January 26 at Brigham Manor nursing home surrounded by her family. She was born December 19, 1928 in Newburyport, daughter of the late Lawrence and Gertrude Donahue.
Betty attended the Immaculate Conception School. She worked for many years at the Anna Jaques Hospital delivering meals to patients. She enjoyed traveling and taking cruises with her friends.
She is predeceased by her husband, Albert W. Savage and her son, Albert “Skip” Savage, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Hill and her husband, Raymond of Seabrook, N.H.; her brother, Lawrence “Bud” Donahue and his wife, Connie of West Orange, N.J.; her grandsons, Michael Bartlett, Matthew Bartlett, Benjamin Savage, and Sean Hart; and her great-grandchildren, Garrett, Allison, Caroline, Elwood, and Riley.
