Thanks for supporting hospital fundraiser

To the Editor:

I would like to thank the Salisbury Beach Partnership and The Newburyport Five Cent Savings Bank for sponsoring the SeaFestival of Trees at the beach.

Eight thousand people enjoyed the display of wonderfully decorated trees and wreaths inside the Blue Ocean Music Hall. The tree toppers in particular were amazing!

Holiday characters delighted my niece and nephew as did the candy shop and magnificent gingerbread house.

Kudos to the Blue Ocean and the many volunteers who made this such a success. The proceeds will benefit the Anna Jacques Hospital and the Salisbury Beach Partnership, a win win for all.
