Water's rising at N-plant

To the editor:

As much as Plum Island issues tug at the heartstrings and by all means I am not being coy, the heart does go out to those folk seeing the water approach. Nonetheless, if you look across the water even on a cloudy day, you can see Seabrook. The water is rising there too. There is a nuke plant there. If the nuke plant gets wet, the Plum Island story could be relegated to an afterthought.
