Teens made for a great summer

To the editor:

We at the Amesbury Public Library would like to thank all of the teens that participated in the Teen Summer Reading Program.

This summer the teens read for the organization The Littlest Change. Teens had fun doing random acts of kindness around Amesbury. They gave away flowers, summer toys to the Jeanne Geiger Center, bracelets, ice cream, a food drive for Our Neighbors’ Table and brought muffins to the Senior Center after their Bingo game.

We could not have done any of these activities without the support and funding from the Friends of the Amesbury Public Library. Every year they make the Teen Summer Reading Program and other programs throughout the year possible. Thank you for all of your support.
