Support for waterfront development

To the editor:

Well, what do ya know, some of the “silent majority” have come out of the woodwork, and expressing some factual reasons why our waterfront needs some development. Meanwhile, our candidates for mayor are jumping on the bandwagon, as they assume all Newburyporters are in favor of dirt parking lots. They may be in for a shock!

By the way, the “silent majority” has decided to be known as the “Bulls,” as we feel there would be no “Cows” without us. Meanwhile, the “Bulls” suggest our candidates have more to offer in ways to improve our city than what they are currently preaching.
