Team Hunger Healers would like to extend their thanks to all who helped to make our Share Our Strength’s Great American Bake Sale a success. Thank you to Rowley Market Basket for allowing us to use their storefront as a location for our bake sale. Thank you to The Daily News and Michelle Pelletier Marshall for featuring our story; the publicity attracted many donors.
Thank you to family, friends, former teachers, former classmates, co-workers and strangers who donated to our cause. We were able to raise $695.54 at the bake sale and $813 through online and in-person donations. A total of $1,508.54 was raised to help end childhood hunger in America.
Congratulations to Anna Pisarcik, winner of the Witch’s Woods Voucher 4-pack, and Laurie Kasprzyk, winner of the Baking Basket.
We appreciate the generosity of the community and are very grateful that our Great American Bake Sale was such as success. We hope to see you next year!
