No dog owner stands so tall as when they stoop to scoop the poop. Couldn’t help noticing that there are many dog owners who are not standing tall — all over our fair city, and especially on the river path near Lime Street and also in Atwood Street Park — both very popular dog walking locations.
Come on, people: Do the right thing!
