Misguided and misbehavior

I have been to quite a few NRA meetings and have had the opportunity to see the members’ behavior first hand. I have to say I have been appalled at some of what I experienced. James Shanley may very well be a nice person outside of the NRA forum, but at the last meeting I attended, he did not conduct himself in a manner consistent with that of an appointed official. When a COW member tried to raise a valid point about flood concerns, he kept on clearing his throat to drown him out — now, that was not very mature behavior for a grown man to engage in — and to make it worse, he thought he was being amusing. I thought I was back in kindergarten!

Mr. Salemi seems to have a more mature, approachable manner. I hope his colleagues whom he holds in high esteem will follow his lead.
