No need for another CVS

To the editor:

CVS?

I can't believe Newburyport is even considering allowing another CVS in our town.

We just went through the expansion of our existing store in which they misplaced two small businesses in order to "better service" our community.

We have tons of drugstores! Not only do they want another in Newburyport, they are going to build another in Amesbury, misplacing more small business owners that have been there for years. We don't need the traffic hassle and I can think of dozens of more worthy businesses we could make room for. We should all support Lynch's Pharmacy anyway — that's been there for us for eons. Please join me in showing your opposition to this proposal.
