Grateful for help with butterfly garden

To the editor:

The Father Sears Memorial Park Committee would like to thank all the wonderful people who helped us install the butterfly garden at the park on Sept. 15 and 16.

Many thanks to Tom Gorenflo, Don Levesque, Nanette Masi, Michele Augeri, Fred Thurlow, Leanne Tapasella and Dave Connelly.

This installation was made possible by a matching grant from The Parker River Wildlife Refuge’s Slow the Flow program for the Plum Island Estuary. Additionally, private donations honoring loved ones, continued support from Back To Nature of Amesbury and donations of pumpkins from Eric Norgaard and Pat Gormley further enabled this project.

Thank you one and all for sharing with nature.
