Tournament raises $4,000 for Jimmy Fund

To the editor:

We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who participated in our first annual PMC Softball Tournament.

The softball tournament was held on June 27 and 28 at Cashman Park in Newburyport and Veterans Field in Seabrook. We are happy to announce that the tournament raised $4,000 for Team #9 of the PMC. All money goes directly to The Jimmy Fund in Boston.

Special thanks to all the volunteers and for the companies that donated items for this event.
