Also: Amanda Almend, James Montanari (in memory of Rose Montanari), Mike Cronan Steel Products, Bob Brandt, Roberta Aaronson, Abraham’s Bagels, Oregano Pizzeria, Jan Rooney of Jan-Co Publishing, Kim Richards of Angels at Home Healthcare, Bruce Vogel of Plum Island Coffee Roasters, Ten Center Street, Michael’s Harborside, Glenn Mayers and Charlene Ferreira of Glenn’s Restaurant and Cool Bar, Clay’s, Newburyport Public Library, Donna Wilson and Ken Irwin at Newburyport Bed and Breakfast, musicians Donna Ricci, Pam and Rob Hallock, Haley and Carley Gendell, and Chris Molina, calligraphers Sue Dosick, Ellen Hart and Cathy Crawford; the Salvation Army, Jeff Esche, Art LeDoux; Darcy, Reed and James Nation, Patrick Boudreau, Lise Reid of the city Parks Department, and Walter Thompson of the Bartlet Mall Commission.

Many businesses kindly and prominently displayed our posters and teal adornments, and the local news media also immeasurably helped us to promote awareness of ovarian cancer and its subtle symptoms. In fact, all those worthy of acknowledgement comprise an impressive list, and if we have inadvertently failed to list everyone, we are truly sorry.

Again, we are extremely appreciative of the community’s exemplary willingness to join us in our vision for the past two years, and we hope to see you at one or more of our events in September 2013. Look for our signature teal color and joyful hummingbird logo next fall!
