A thank-you to voters

To the editor:

I would like to thank the people of Groveland for their vote of confidence in me.

I will work hard to improve our government, make it more transparent and protect our excellent municipal services. There is a lot of work to do and over the next several weeks, I will examine every aspect of our government, an inventory of sorts, to begin a process of finding solutions to problems.

The reason people voted for me are varied, but they all fall along common themes. We love our town and want to be happy here.

I am thankful for the mandate you’ve given me and am up to the task to fulfill your expectations.

Joe D’Amore
