Thanks for supporting Union Church

Newburyport Daily News

---- — To the Editor:

The Flatbread Company, a community minded, private business, situated in Amesbury’s Upper Millyard, supports the fundraising efforts of non-profit organizations by donating a portion of its benefit night proceeds. Actively patronized by those who crave uniquely crafted pizzas that include local foods from community farms, these fundraisers have provided a steady stream of funds to these non-profits.

One of the beneficiaries has been The Union Congregational Church Restoration and Preservation Alliance. Contributions from The Flatbread Company will help The Alliance reach an ambitious funding goal that will serve as a basis for restoring and preserving, in perpetuity, this historic white spire church located along the Merrimack River, in the historic Point Shore section of Amesbury.

We are so very grateful to The Flatbread Company for including The Alliance in its generosity to area non-profits.
